I Cannot Recommend Them More Highly
Over the last 2 years we have used Opulenza twice: once to supply and fit our upstairs bathroom and more recently to supply everything for our newly constructed downstairs bathroom. They have high standards of service from planning, through fitting to aftersales service and all members of the team (Rhys, Carl, Paul and Dan to name just four) are professional, responsive, friendly and reliable. For convenience, in the case of the more recent downstairs bathroom we decided to use the builders who were constructing the room to fit the bathroom too. Whilst the builders were competent, there was a stark difference between the quality of their work and that of the Opulenza team who fitted the first bathroom, illustrating the skill and commitment of the specialist Opulenza team. They have also resolved without fuss a couple of minor issues which became apparent some time after fitting, always the test of a good business. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Opulenza enlarged and renovated our bathroom for us earlier this year. It was a big job that required walls to be removed and repositioned as well as the usual plumbing, tiling, fitting etc. The whole process was very good and they both responded to our requirements and also suggested their ideas and alternatives which led to an end result we are really happy with. The fitters are great guys and go out of their way to keep things as clean and tidy as they can and they were also pretty unobtrusive for such a big job (good when you are working from home!). They use quality products and don’t scrimp on the details which all added to the great end result. It is also important to note that they include a 2 year warranty on their work and that brings great piece of mind and is a real benefit. We have a had a couple of small niggles since the work was completed (such as a squeaky toilet seat!) and they have come out and and sorted them quickly and with no quibble – for this reason alone I am happy to recommend Opulenza if you are looking for a quality bathroom installation.
