Originally founded as ‘Tubs and Loos,’ our business has evolved with the times, and yet our commitment to our customers has remained unchanged. When Richard Osborne took over the business from his father in 2019, he rebranded as ‘Opulenza,’ while maintaining the same dedicated team, the same showroom premises, and honouring all existing guarantees.
