A recent house move prompted us to renew the bathroom so, as previous customers of Opulenza we wasted no time and went straight back to the same company. Their extensive showroom holds a huge range of top quality bathroom furniture & fittings, tiles and accessories, and we were delighted to find our original contract Rhys still in situ. His experience and detailed knowledge of the bathroom industry was invaluable, and together we settled on a design. Throughout installation the team kept us fully informed, and their quality of work was truly outstanding. (I’m famously hard to please so I rarely make comments like that!)

I Am Happy to Recommend Opulenza
Opulenza enlarged and renovated our bathroom for us earlier this year. It was a big job that required walls to be removed and repositioned as well as the usual plumbing, tiling, fitting etc. The whole process was very good and they both responded to our requirements and also suggested their ideas and alternatives which led to an end result we are really happy with. The fitters are great guys and go out of their way to keep things as clean and tidy as they can and they were also pretty unobtrusive for such a big job (good when you are working from home!). They use quality products and don’t scrimp on the details which all added to the great end result. It is also important to note that they include a 2 year warranty on their work and that brings great piece of mind and is a real benefit. We have a had a couple of small niggles since the work was completed (such as a squeaky toilet seat!) and they have come out and and sorted them quickly and with no quibble – for this reason alone I am happy to recommend Opulenza if you are looking for a quality bathroom installation.
